Our program is a full sponsorship program designed to prepare qualified nurses for full time employment in the Unites States. We have deployed hundreds of Filipino nurses to client hospitals across the US.

- A standardize recruitment and screening criteria, based on defined English and Clinical standards
- The maintenance of a registry of Registered Nurse candidates, across a diverse set of clinical specialties
- Structured IELTS and NCLEX in-house training programs to ensure that all of our Selected RNs are prepared for the standardized exams
- A Comprehensive Clinical assimilation program to ensure that our nurses are ready to succeed on personal and professional levels in the U.S.
- A strict operating discipline that ensures timely deployment of our selected RN’s
If you are successful, you will arrive in the United States with:
- An EB-3 “Green card” visa, from the state of your employer.
- A state license that will allow you to practice as a Registered Nurse as soon as you arrive
